Appointment Setting Process
To REQUEST an appointment, please do so at our online calendar below. We will respond with a call or a return email/text to confirm availability of your requested date and time. PLEASE NOTE - you DO NOT have an actual appointment until we confirm with you - completion of this form is an appointment request only. Please note, the latest full grooming appointment booked on any given day will not be beyond 1pm. Larger pup's are preferably booked during our morning appointments due to size and time required for the grooming process. Schedule your appointment today!
Please indicate the breed of your pet when scheduling your appointment. A current copy of your pet's vaccination records are required prior to your appointment. Please bring or have your vet fax or email them to us at contactus@puppysparadisega.com
